Not allowed to make jewelry...

I just read an article about a man who decided to make jewelry as a home based business. He tried to do the right thing and applied for a liscense with his city. They denied him the liscense because the fire department says the gas tanks used in silversmithing are a fire hazard. But it's the same gas used in our gas grills and camping equipment! He agreed to a whole list of safety regulations and they still denied him. Now his city is trying to stop him from creating jewelry as a hobbyist as well. I feel so bad for this guy...

That's sad that he was just trying to do the right thing, and now he might not even be able to keep up his hobby...especially when the board members admit that it's the same thing as the propane tanks on backyard grills.

Everyone is always worried about lawsuits. I's so sad
